My fellow Americans-
Cheers to democracy and cheers to this election cycle being OVER. I’m grateful we have the right to vote, and I thank the folks who fought hard so that we can decide the leaders of our country.
In other, less hotly contested decisions, I voted for the new Lone Star Bock this past weekend and it was the 496th beer I have drank in 2012 on my Beer Quest- it’s a very good one too-
My goal was to have 365 different beers this year and I am clearly ahead of schedule.
And I think we can all agree that Gruene Hall is a great place to get together, so we’ll be at one of our favorite venues in the world, Gruene Hall tonight, November 8, starting at 6pm and going til 10pm.
If you’re near Gruene, come on over- me and the band will be playing a bunch of songs, including some new ones for an album to be recorded in the next few months.
