AUDITED 8 Oct 2026 - ROBERT ("ROBT", "BOB") LONG, farmer, of District 14, McNairy County, Tennessee. In the 1860 census (page 289, read on the images, register K958) he is Robt Long, 59, born Tennessee, real estate $4,000, with his wife Susan, 55, born North Carolina, and Mary 19, Martha 17, Susan 14 and Elizabeth 12. Three daughters' death certificates name him as their father, each read on the image: [3424] Elizabeth Barrett, Texas 1940 ("Bob Long", K277); Mrs. Susan Cherry, Chester Co., Tennessee 1922 ("Robt Long", K959); and Mary Duberry, Chester Co., Tennessee 1926 ("Robt. Long", K960). Only [3424] is attached in this tree. His birthplace is given as Tennessee (1860, 1940), North Carolina (1926) and Mississippi (1922). Online trees give him 1799-1866; no record read gives his death. His parents are unknown.
