I’ve seen beautiful lakes from the shore recently, so I thought I’d try to paint them from above too. A few days of driving around them also led me to write a new song I’m calling ‘Up North’ – thanks to an idea sparked by a friend (I appreciate it, Tamara Saviano!) Back down south now, we’re headed to Dosey Doe on Friday, from where, if the wind was right, you could throw a rock into the crystal depths of Lake Woodlands.
