I Get By With a Lot of Help from My Friends

I’m sure grateful for talented friends and folks willing to share their experience. When I was in the market for a camera, my photographer friend Dave Hensley gave me guidance on what to look for. When I was in the market for a new guitar, my guitarist friend Gabe Rhodes helped me navigate the choice. (Here’s a photo -taken by Dave- of the first gig I played with the J-45 that I had found with Gabe’s help.) And with Geoff Queen on steel, Jack Saunders on bass, Rick Richards on drums, there’s a lot of expertise represented in this picture. I’ll be back at Poor David’s Pub on Friday, getting by with a lot of help from my friends.
