This Week at WhiteWater, Old Quarter, Kerrville Folk Festival

I am playing at the Kerrville Folk Festival on Saturday, and so I have posted this map of Quiet Valley Ranch, where the Folk Festival is held.  

Most folks know that the featured performances on the main stage and on the Threadgill Theater stage are not the real performances- the real shows happen in the campground before and after the official ones.

So, please print this map out and while you are at the folk festival, as a memory aid and for your scrapbook, please mark down spots where you:

• drink a beer
• fall in love
• encounter an old nemesis
• hear a good Bob Dylan cover (he turned 70 years old today)
• might have dropped your capo or harmonica in the dark
• hear a great song (I bet almost everywhere on this map)
• where you end up sleeping

And on Friday, Adam Carroll and I will be at Old Quarter in Galveston, a legendary venue if there ever was one.  No map provided of Old Quarter, but here’s a picture to show you the correct building.
