Audited 10 Sep 2026 - IDENTITY AS THE WIFE, from the record. She is named for the first time: 'Sarah', 50, b. Tennessee, in Washington Rose's household, Franklin Co., Tenn., Dist. 12, 28 Oct 1850 (K572, read on the manuscript). The 1830 household on p. 98 holds ONE woman 30-40 (K571), consistent with her. ⛔ Her former death '1843, Franklin Co.' was uncited and is REFUTED (alive 28 Oct 1850); now 'after 28 Oct 1850', no place. ⛔ The marriage formerly on F725 - 11 Jul 1816, Putnam Co., Ga., 0 citations - is Hull's Putnam abstract entry for 'ROSE, WASHINGTON - ELIZABETH McGEHEE' (K570): not her marriage; F725 now reads 'before 1830' with no place. Whether Elizabeth McGehee was an earlier wife of this man or another man's bride is open (Putnam marriage book, DGS 5190977). Her MAIDEN NAME 'Crownover' is cited by nothing; Crownover households (Theodorus, Wm., Jonathan, Joseph) sit on and near the 1830 page, which makes it plausible, not evidenced. No parents in the tree; a Crownover estate naming a daughter Sarah Rose is the shape that would place her. Candidate, NOT identified: 1860, Franklin Co. 9th Dist., 'Sarah Rose, 68, b. S.C.' with 'Wm, 18, b. Tenn.' (K573) - the Wm matches the William, 9, of 1850 exactly; her age (b. c.1792 vs c.1800) and birthplace conflict. Children by the 1850 household: Lucinda, Wallace, Hugh S.
