Added 10 Sep 2026 from the 1850 census, Franklin Co., Tenn., Dist. 12, dwelling 1356: 'William', 9, m, b. Tennessee, last of seven in Washington Rose's household (K572, read on the manuscript). Not in the tree before this date. Birth 'abt 1841' is the census age, nothing more. A candidate 1860 household - 'Sarah Rose, 68, S.C.' with 'Wm, 18, Farmer, b. Tenn.', Franklin Co. 9th Dist. (K573) - matches his name, age and birthplace; not identified because the woman's age and birthplace conflict with 1850. No other record read.
