Madison County, Tennessee, Will Book, will of Isabella C. McClellan of Jackson, widow of James H. McClellan, proven at November Term 1857. THE CLAUSE BELOW READ ON THE MANUSCRIPT 18 Sep 2026. The residue is divided in eighths among her deceased husband's brothers and sisters and the children of those deceased: "One eighth to Albert G McClellan of Madison County Tennessee, One-eighth to William McClellan, of Texas, One-eighth to Bennett McClellan, of Texas, One-eighth John D. McClellan, of Madison County, Tennessee, One-eighth to Robert Newton McClellan, of Madison County, Tennessee, One eighth to Susan Withers, wife of Radford Withers, of Madison County, Tennessee, One eighth to the children of Samuel C. McClellan, deceased, formerly of Madison County, Tennessee, And one-eighth to the children of Martha Hayley, deceased, who was the wife of Benjamin Hayley, now of Arkansas."
