Madison County, Tennessee, quit claim deed, registered 3 November 1843, reciting the heirs of John McClellan deceased, late of the County of Madison. FAMILYSEARCH FULL-TEXT OCR ONLY - NOT READ ON THE MANUSCRIPT as of 18 Sep 2026; the OCR of this page is visibly rough (it renders "Buyamin" for Benjamin and "McClellaw" for McClellan), so the spellings below are not reliable though the substance is legible. "...James D. Samuel C. Jno J. A. Burnell T. and Robert N. McClellan, Benjamin Hayley and Martha F. his wife formerly Martha F McClellan and Radford Withers and Elizabeth S. his wife formerly Elizabeth McClellan have derived title to and now hold equal and undivided interest in a certain tract or parcel of Land..."
