CREATED 27 Sep 2026 as the MOTHER of [217] Mary Ann (Jones) Carpenter, on Owen's ruling of that date. Register K839, K842.
She was granted probate of the will of John Jones Sr. at the September 1835 Casey County Court (K839), and as "Ann C Jones Executrix of John Jones Dec'd" she deeded land on 20 Oct 1845 to Adam Carpenter "having married with the daughter of said Ann C Jones" (Casey Deeds 1824-1851, p. 136; K842). Jones is her married name. Her maiden name is NOT PROVED: 'Coleman' is suggested only by the middle name of her son Samuel Coleman Jones, and no record here states it.
29 Sep 2026 - 'ANNA CHRISTIAN COLEMAN', IN THIS NOTE ONLY (round-7 triage A4; Owen). A biography on TheRestorationMovement.com and the Brenneman Coleman genealogy call her Anna Christian Coleman, born 1788. The round-7 dossier found that they may share one origin, so the name is not entered and no Coleman parents are attached. A second naming signal is in this tree: her granddaughter [749] Nancy Coleman Carpenter, beside her son Samuel Coleman Jones. Next: show whether the two compilations are independent, then a marriage record naming her. Dossier: agent-report-3449-ann-c-jones-2026-09-28.md.
