Barrett's 1928 Texas death certificate, no. 21163, item 12 (read on the image, register K942), with her birthplace as Tennessee. She is "Liza", 23, born N.C., wife of Jackson Barett in the 1850 census (read on the image, K943), and "Eliza J Barrett", 34, born N.C., heading her own household in 1860 with real estate of $500 and children William A 12, Kenneth M 9, Margaret J 7, Samuel M 3 and Andrew J 6/12 (read on the image, K944).
