AUDITED 8 Aug 2026 - CREATED as daughter of [535] Col. Benjamin Temple and [2599] Molly (Baylor) Temple, on two records read on the manuscripts (Jefferson Co. KY Circuit Court case 584, FamilySearch film 008689500; crops in sources/temple-heirs-deed-jefferson-ky-2026-08-08/). (1) Her father's will, dated 23 Mar 1800, proved King William 27 Sep 1802, names daughter 'Eliza Taylor' and appoints 'my son in law Richard Taylor' an executor (imgs 2232-2233, the exemplified court copy; agreeing with Ryland n.53 = C7077). (2) The heirs' deed to Hubbard Taylor names 'Elizabeth Taylor widow' among 'the only Children heirs and residuary legaties of Benjamin Temple late of King William County' (imgs 2245-2248), acknowledged by her in person at King William court 29 May 1809. Dates 7 Oct 1769 - 31 Jan 1841 and the marriage 23 Dec 1789 to Richard Taylor are from the G.H.S. King Temple typescript p.3 (FamilySearch img 11526, ARK 3:1:33SQ-GPX1-61Z, read 7 Aug 2026); the VHS Bible Mss 6:4 T 21956 'with Molly Temple - 1803' is the named primary source behind King and remains unread. She was a widow by 29 May 1809.
