"Lucy Temple the infant daughter of Liston Temple deceased by Molly A. Lyne her guardian and next friend ... against John Temple adm'or &c of Liston Temple dec'd and Samuel Temple the infant Son [struck: and heir] of the said Liston, by the said John Temple his guardian" "...shall be equally divided between the said infant complainant Lucy & the said infant defendant Samuel, who appear to this Court to be the ONLY DISTRIBUTEES of the said Liston Temple deceased" [decree, Richmond Hustings Court, 15 Nov 1810] "...as also the Slaves belonging to said Estate between LUCY LYNE TEMPLE and SAMUEL TEMPLE the only distributees of Liston Temple dec'd, and paid over their respective proportions to Mary Ann Lyne the Guardian of Lucy Lyne Temple and to William Hutcheson Guardian of Samuel Temple - given under our hands King William September 23d 1811" [commissioners' report; signed W.
