Thomas Gouldman Waring, whose probate is before 18 May 1761 — the only tree Thomas Waring matching the Capt. title and a 1761 order ([1946] Col. Thomas died probate 15 Jan 1754). The order-year digit resembles an open 4 on the page; it is bounded <= 1762 by the 20 Jun 1763 recording and fixed to 1761 by the probate. Images on disk; register K59.
