Read verbatim on the register image: "I Epaphroditus Lawson Waring of Essex County Virginia… to my two Brothers Robert Payne and William Each an Equal Part of my part of a Tract of Land known by the Name of Maneyards Swamp… to my Brother William my Tract of Land known by the name of Curtisses… all my Negroes Stocks of Cattle Hogs Horses and Sheep Debts and ready Money be Equally Divided among my Brothers Robert Payne & William and my two Sisters Elizabeth and Catherine… my Silver watch to my Godson Thomas Robinson Waring and my Violin to my Nephew Thomas Fauntleray. I likewise appoint my Brother Robert Payne and William and my Friend Mr. William Todd my Executors…" Dated 30 May 1772; proved 17 Aug 1772 (presented by Robert Payne Waring). A record-class sibling statement for F571's children: [1958] the testator, [1954] Robert Payne, [1882] William, plus sisters Elizabeth and Catherine. No parent is named in the will.

AUDITED 3 Aug 2026 — HIS OWN WILL READ ON THE WB12 REGISTER IMAGE (pp. 486-487, image 499; K60): dated 30 May 1772, proved Essex 17 Aug 1772, presented by his executor-brother Robert Payne Waring; witnesses H. and Apphia Todd. Death accordingly TIGHTENED this session from bare '1772' to between 30 May and 17 Aug 1772. The will names brothers Robert Payne [1954] and William [1882], sisters Elizabeth and Catherine, godson Thomas Robinson Waring, nephew Thomas Fauntleray; lands Maneyards Swamp and Curtisses; no parent is named. ⚠️ F571 holds TWO Elizabeths ([1884] d. aft 1788 and [1951] 1740-1795) — a probable duplicate, FLAGGED here and deliberately NOT resolved in this write.
