BOTH PARENTS EVIDENCED. Death certificate, Harris Co., 1939, file 23706, image 40394_b062165-03375 (Texas, U.S., Death Certificates, 1903-1982 (Ancestry coll. 2272)): field 13 FATHER = 'Huey Alexander' (b. Pennsylvania); field 15 MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME = 'Elizabeth Kunkel' (b. Pennsylvania). Her own birthplace Missouri. Informant was hospital records. NOTE a date conflict: field 21 reads 5-28-39 while the index and this tree carry 27 May 1939.
