PROOF CLASS: BOTH PARENTS = DIRECT (reviewed 4 Sep 2026). Her 1976 Texas death certificate states the father in field 13 and the mother's maiden name in field 14.

Death certificate, San Patricio Co., 8 May 1976, state file 39798, image 33154_b062980-01029 (Texas, U.S., Death Certificates, 1903-1982 (Ancestry coll. 2272)): field 13 FATHER = 'Joe Johnson'; field 14 MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME = 'Flora Ann Morgan'. Buried Taft Cemetery. The certificate also shows a Social Security number, deliberately not recorded.
