KEY PASSAGE, VERBATIM: 'To the Honorable County Court of said Franklin County: Now comes your petitioner, WILLIE COE who resides in Franklin County, Texas, the surviving wife of J.T. COE, deceased, and respectfully shows to the court that her said husband died on the 10th day of January, 1920, at his home in said Franklin County, Texas. 2. That the said J.T. Coe left surviving him the following children, to-wit: MELVA COE, a girl 12 years old, MOZELLE COE, a girl 10 years old, and MAYBEL COE, a girl 8 years old, EVELINE COE, a girl 7 years old, and TOMMY COE, a boy 3 years old, all of whom reside with your applicant in said Franklin County, Texas. 3. That there is community estate the said J.T. Coe, deceased, and your applicant. 4.
