AUDITED 22 Aug 2026 - PARENTS PROVEN ON HIS OWN SOCIAL SECURITY APPLICATION (SS-5), which is a FIRST-PERSON statement by him as an adult and NOT a record of his birth. Father 'William M Woodall' = [38]; mother 'Sudie M Pace' = [39]. ProofFather=1 ProofMother=1 on ChildTable RecID 22 (F20). THE RECORD. Ancestry, 'U.S., Social Security Applications and Claims Index, 1936-2007', entry for William Miles Woodall [Miles Woodall], birth date 12 Sep 1915, death date 20 Apr 2006, father 'William M Woodall', mother 'Sudie M Pace'; the claim notes record an application first filed Sep 1938. Capture sources/woodall-ramsay-ring2-2026-08-22/task2-37-SSACI-parents-SSN-CROPPED-OUT.png, SSN cropped out. IDENTITY. Three fields match independently: the exact birth date 12 Sep 1915, the exact death date 20 Apr 2006, and the Social Security number already carried by his SSDI citations. The SSN is deliberately not reproduced in this note. ⛔ A CONFLICT RECORDED, NOT RESOLVED - HIS BIRTHPLACE IS WRONG IN THE TREE TWICE OVER. This application gives his birthplace as WINDOM, TEXAS (Fannin Co.). The tree carries 'Mineral Wells, Parker, Texas' - and Mineral Wells is in PALO PINTO county, not Parker, so the tree's own place string is internally wrong as well. Mineral Wells is where his FATHER [38] lived and died, which is the likely origin of the error. The place has deliberately NOT been overwritten by this write: one record is one informant, and a birthplace on an SS-5 is his own report decades after the event. Deciding the birthplace is separate work. CORROBORATION - two further records, a census and a birth certificate, each cited here. The 1920 census of Justice Precinct 4, Tarrant Co., Texas places him as a child in the household of the same couple. His brother Yancey Woodall's 1910 Texas birth certificate names the parents as 'W M Woodall' and 'Sudie Pace'. Both were read in the 22 Aug 2026 browser batch; see agent-report-woodall-ramsay-ring2-2026-08-22.md. SCOPE. This decides the ring-2 link [37] <- [38] x [39] in the Woodall-Ramsay cone (root [64]). It does NOT close ring 2: the other three ring-2 links ([126], [125], [40]) rest on relationship-stated census households only, which is household-grade evidence and is deliberately left unflagged.
