The under-5 ages are written as year-and-twelfths, the 1920 convention, which is a good sign this enumerator was working carefully. INCIDENTAL: the head's father is recorded born PENNSYLVANIA - consistent with the Barnitz name, which is Pennsylvania German. Daughter 15; Julia K. Daughter 13; JOSEPHINE Daughter 11; Richard T. Son 9; Morgan, Lula Maid 47. [185] John Barnitz Bond died 24 Mar 1922, so his WIDOW heads the household - which is why this census states the relation to the MOTHER and the 1920 one could not. * THE INDEX WOULD HAVE MISLED A SESSION THAT DID NOT OPEN THE IMAGE: Ancestry's Household Members panel lists the two servants FIRST, above Alice, so read off the panel the head looks like a maid.
